- Content of publications submitted to the Knowledge Hub.
- Anonymised technical browsing data (truncated IP, pages visited) via a GDPR-compliant analytics tool.

Membership management, dissemination of scientific information, community engagement and site improvement. No data is sold to third parties.
4. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@asoi.org.
5. Cookies
This site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, with your consent, anonymised audience-measurement cookies. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time via the banner at the bottom of the page.
6. Retention period
Membership data is kept for the duration of your membership, extended by 3 years for statistical purposes. Anonymised browsing data is kept for 13 months.
7. Security
Data is hosted in Europe (OVHcloud). Communications are encrypted (HTTPS/SSL). Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
